All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any services, events, or food & beverage orders placed through our website, social media, or on-premise.

Exceptional Situations:
In rare circumstances, such as unavoidable operational errors on our part, we may review refund or reschedule requests at our sole discretion. However, approval of such requests is not guaranteed.
